The Mustang Shelby GT500 now comes in the unique Ford Performance paint color Code Orange. Atlas Blue Metallic, Brittany Blue Metallic (available on GT500 Heritage and Coastal Limited Editions only), Cyber Orange Metallic Tri-Coat, Dark Matter Gray Metallic, Eruption Green Metallic, Grabber Blue Metallic, and Mischievous Purple Metallic are among the eight new colors for the 2022 Mustang.

Since its introduction in 1967, the Mustang Shelby GT500 has represented the peak of Mustang performance and has continued to build on the Shelby tradition.
Carroll Shelby, an American racer and entrepreneur known for transforming Ford Mustangs into dominant road racing machines, took his legendary Mustang GT350 model even further in 1967, creating the first-generation Shelby GT500 with a modified 428-cubic-inch V8 inspired by his team’s 1-2-3 finish at Le Mans.
“The first real car I’m really proud of,” Carroll Shelby said of the first Shelby GT500. The Shelby GT500 is just as legendary now as it was 55 years ago when it was introduced as the most powerful and sophisticated Mustang ever.
The limited run of 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition fastbacks will be dressed in a classic and special Brittany Blue exterior color, inspired by the original hue, and will come with two alternative exterior stripe options.

The 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500, designed and manufactured by Ford Performance as the most powerful street-legal Ford ever created, combines world-class muscle and powertrain innovations to achieve supercar levels of performance. A first-in-class 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, race-bred control methods, and enhanced driving modes are among the features.
The base MSRP for the 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 in the United States is $73,465, which excludes the $1,195 destination charge and $2,600 Gas Guzzler Tax. The Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition option adds $2,140 to the Shelby GT500’s US MSRP, while the GT500 Heritage Edition package with hand-painted stripes adds $12,140.
Cruising on the coast with style: Mustang Coastal Limited Edition
The all-new Coastal Limited Edition, offered on the 310-turbocharged-horsepower Mustang EcoBoost Premium fastback and convertible, adds to Mustang’s special-edition lineup.
The new 2022 Mustang Coastal Limited Edition symbolizes the renowned Ford nameplate’s independence while also being distinctively furnished for individuals who seek even more flair with their beachfront driving excursions.
The Coastal package includes 19-inch machined-face aluminum wheels with tarnished dark-painted accents, a trademark Mustang rear fender side scoop, a black grille, pedestal rear spoiler (fastback only), a Coastal illuminated sill plate, and a Coastal instrument panel logo.
Brittany Blue, Cyber Orange, and Rapid Red are the colors of the Coastal Edition.

Ice-ice baby: 2022 Ford Mustang Ice White Edition
The Mustang Ice White Edition is the first cosmetic package available on both Mustang Mach-E and Mustang coupe vehicles.
The 2022 Mustang Ice White Edition coupe, inspired by the 1993 Triple White Fox-body feature Mustang, allows consumers the choice to add even more head-turning flair. Only 1,500 Mustangs with the Triple White Fox body were produced, all of which were convertibles.
This is the first time Ford has offered a white-on-white Mustang in 28 years, and it’s also the first time for the coupe.
The Mustang Ice White Edition is available on Mustang EcoBoost Premium and GT Premium fastback versions and has clear, iced-out taillamps, as well as heritage-inspired 19×9-inch rims in matching Oxford White with machine-surfaced pockets.
The Ice White Mustang coupe has Oxford White pony emblems and fender badging, much like the Ice White Edition Mustang Mach-E.
Oxford White leather seat inserts in the front and back, as well as Oxford White leather door panels, are included in the black and white interior. Enhanced performance: California Special receives GT Performance package option
The California Special has represented a particularly regionalized appearance package with special style elements since the first-generation Mustang. This heritage is carried on with the upgraded 2022 Mustang GT California Special.
The newest California Special Appearance Package, based on the 2022 Mustang GT Premium fastback and convertible models, pays tribute to the original version’s blacked-out grille, side racing stripes, and rear fender scoop.
The “GT/CS” side stripe is a heritage-inspired design that runs from the front fender to the characteristic rear fender scoop. The trunk lid is adorned with a California Special emblem in Ebony Black with Race Red writing, while the honeycomb grille with the “GT/CS” badge gives it a distinct flair.
The GT Performance Package’s bigger front splitter emphasizes the icon’s handling abilities.
The fastback variant may have a performance rear wing from the GT Performance Package, whereas the California Special convertible comes with a spoiler deletion as standard. The California Special rides on 19-inch painted machined five-spoke wheels.
This unique edition’s 5.0-liter V8 engine is topped by a characteristic strut tower brace with a California Special emblem.
Rich black Miko suede-trimmed door inserts and suede-trimmed seats with the embossed “GT/CS” emblem and red contrast stitching, as well as custom embroidered “GT/CS” floor mats, are among the interior amenities. On the passenger side, the instrument panel is finished in carbon hex aluminum with a trademark California Special script emblem.
The GT Performance Package is a first for the California Special, allowing for improved handling and driving characteristics in the most competent California Special yet.

New Stealth Edition available for the Mustang
The optional Stealth Edition Appearance Package gives consumers a more menacing-looking fastback with distinctively blacked-out details, adding even more flair to the 310-turbocharged-horsepower Mustang EcoBoost Premium variant.
19-inch Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels, black pony emblems, performance rear wing, black mirror caps, and new clear LED taillamp covers are all included in the Stealth Edition Appearance Package, which is also shared with the new Mustang Ice White Appearance Package.
A matte and gloss black instrument panel badge, as well as a lit sill plate, are among the new interior embellishments.
